英國同事Sales team: Rachel, 2009 offsite meeting 第一次看見她。個子不高,長得甜甜的。Team Building 我們是同一組,不過那時很混亂,大家都活力十足,她並沒特別讓我有什麼印象。比較深刻的是我們去吃飯坐大嘟嘟車時,她坐在我旁邊,打扮得像鬼一樣的龐克; 我們交談著,她忽然說,應該將車窗關上,免得吹亂她的髮型。(不知弄多少髮膠+定型液。像鋼鐵般堅固,颱風也吹不壞!)

上週看到英國發出的信,恭喜她完成第一次的鐵人三項。

Hi all,

I just wanted to let everyone know that Rachel completed her first Ironman in Frankfurt, Germany on Sunday.  In case any of you are unsure as to what the Ironman consists of, here you go:

Open water swim – 4km

Bike – 180km

Marathon – 42km

Rachel managed to complete this in an amazing 14hours and 49 mins (burning approx 9,000 kcals)!!  The UK team worked out this equates to about 40 pints of lager which we will buy for Rachel after work!
